摘　　要：对国内高校图书馆古籍保护工作调研,分析古籍保护工作现状和存在的问题,并从加强政府主导、健全法律法规、建设人才梯队、加大宣传力度、增加经费保障等5个方面提出高校图书馆古籍保护与利用工作对策。With the survey on the protection of ancient books in domestic university libraries,we analyze the status and problems of ancient book protection and put forward countermeasures for the protection and utilization of ancient books in university libraries from five aspects:strengthen government leadership,perfect laws and regulations,build a talent team,intensify publicity and increase financial guarantee.
