摘  要:为精准定量植物组织复杂基质中的吲哚乙酸(IAA),本研究采用自组装方法合成了β-环糊精-金属有机骨架材料/还原氧化石墨烯/碳化钛(β-CD-MOFs/r GO/Ti_(3)C_(2))纳米复合材料,该复合物电子传递阻力低,具有良好的电催化活性。将该纳米复合材料修饰在玻碳电极上,Fe(CN)_(6)^(3-/4-)作为探针,通过吲哚乙酸抗体特异性结合吲哚乙酸,采用差分脉冲伏安法(Differential Pluse Voltammery,DPV)测定Fe(CN)_(6)^(3-/4-)峰电流变化,从而实现对IAA的高灵敏检测。结果显示,Fe(CN)_(6)^(3-/4-)峰电流与吲哚乙酸浓度在0.01ng/m L~10ng/m L之间线性良好,检出限(S/N=3)为2.88pg/m L,回收率为88.52%~102.51%。该生物传感器具有良好的选择性和重现性,可用于水稻和拟南芥叶片等复杂基质中IAA的检测。In order to precisely quantify indoleacetic acid(IAA)in the complex matrix of plant tissues,the self-assembly method was used to synthesizeβ-cyclodextrin-metal organic framework/reduced graphene oxide/titanium carbide(β-CD-MOFs/rGO/Ti_(3)C_(2))nanocomposites,which have low electron transfer resistance and good electrocatalytic activity.The nanocomposite was modified on a glassy carbon electrode,and Fe(CN)_(6)^(3-/4-)was used as a probe to reduce the peak current of differential pulse voltammetry of Fe(CN)_(6)^(3-/4-)through the specific binding of indoleacetic acid antibody.The results showed that the peak current was linear with the concentration of indoleacetic acid in the range of 0.01 ng/mL-10 ng/mL,the detection limit(S/N=3)was 2.88 pg/mL,and the recovery was 88.52%-102.51%.The biosensor has good selectivity and reproducibility,and can be used for the detection of IAA in complex matrices such as Oryza sativa and Arabidopsis thaliana leaves.
