摘 要:建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱快速测定麦冬种植土壤中25种生长调节剂的方法。样品经粉碎后,加乙腈提取,离心后过滤,采用超高效液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱仪,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下,采用基质标准曲线外标法定量分析。多效唑等25种生长调节剂在相应浓度下线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))均大于0.995,方法定量限为2.0~10.0μg/kg。分别在10、20、100μg/kg 3个浓度水平下进行回收试验,回收率为61.4%~116.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)均小于10%。本方法具有简单、快速、准确、灵敏等优点,适用于根茎类药材种植土壤中25种生长调节剂的检测。A method for rapid determination of 25 plant growth regulators in the soil of Ophiopogonis radix planting was established by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The smashed samples were extracted with acetonitrile,filtered by membrane after centrifugation.The quantitative analysis was carried out by UPLC-MS/MS with matrix-matched standard calibration for quantitation in multiple reactions monitoring mode(MRM).The results demonstrated that the 25 kinds of plant growth regulators showed good linearity at corresponding concentrations,the linear correlation coefficients(r^(2))are greater than 0.995,and the quantitation limit of the method is 2.0-10.0μg/kg.At the addition levels of 10,20 and 100μg/kg,the recoveries are in the ranges of 61.4%-116.3%,with the relative standard deviations less than 10%(n=6).This method has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity,accuracy,and sensitivity,and is suitable for the detection of 25 growth regulators in the soil of rhizome medicinal plants.
