摘 要:量子点由于其特殊的光学特性和量子限制效应,在爆炸物检测领域被广泛应用。本文综述了近年来量子点在硝基芳烃爆炸物检测领域的最新研究成果。简要介绍了量子点的发光原理、光学特性及量子点的主要制备方法;重点阐述了单核型量子点、壳核型量子点、掺杂型量子点、合金型量子点、碳量子点和硅量子点等几种不同的量子点在硝基芳烃爆炸物检测中的应用。最后,对荧光量子点检测硝基芳烃爆炸物存在的问题进行了讨论,并展望了其在痕量硝基芳烃爆炸物检测方面的发展趋势。Quantum dots are widely used in the field of explosive detection due to their special optical properties and quantum confinement effect.The latest research achievements of quantum dots in the field of nitroaromatic explosive detection in recent years are reivewed in this paper.The luminescence principle and optical properties of quantum dots as well as the main preparation methods of quantum dots are briefly being introduced.This paper focuses on the application of several different quantum dots,such as mononuclear quantum dots,shell core quantum dots,doped quantum dots,alloy quantum dots,carbon quantum dots and silicon quantum dots in the detection of nitroaromatic explosives.In the last,the problems in the field of explosive detection using fluorescent quantum dots are discussed,and the development trend of detection of trace nitroaromatic explosive is prospected.
