明清以来皖南圩田产粮区的粮产发展

摘　　要：明清以降,由于缺位“救食”徽州,遭遇咸同兵燹以及南陵遏籴等诸多原因,造成皖南缺粮错觉或误读。实际上,以宁国府和太平府为主所属皖南沿江圩田产粮区的粮产量,对当时赋税缴纳、人口供养和商品粮输出均作出了重要贡献,在皖省乃至全国都有一定的影响,这证实了明清以来皖南沿江圩田区粮产的良好发展态势。Since Ming and Qing dynasties,Firstly,Due to the fact that the geography of southern Anhui is mostly recorded in historical books as having more mountains and less land;Secondly,there is no help to alleviate food shortages of Huizhou;Furthermore,due to various reasons such as the Xiantong War and the Nanling prohibition of sale,causing the illusion and misreading of food shortage in southern Anhui.The actual situation is not so,the amount of grain produced in the southern Anhui grain producing area along the river and polder,with Ningguo Prefecture and Taiping Prefecture as the main areas,has made historical contributions to tax payment,population support and commodity grain output,which confirms the development of grain production in the areas along the Yangtze river and polders in southern Anhui since Ming and Qing Dynasties.
