摘  要:通过对NSGA-Ⅱ算法中的初始种群和交叉步进行了改进,从而提高了算法的收敛性和分布性,并建立仿真实验,以路段的PCI、RQI、RDI指标的养护效益最大和养护资金最小为目标,建立多目标模型,进行多目标优化,对整个分析期内路段养护时机的确定问题进行研究。仿真结果表明,改进后的NSGA-Ⅱ算法在分布性和收敛速度上均优于未改进的NSGA-Ⅱ。利用改进后的算法对路面进行路面养护决策,能够保证在养护费用一定的情况下,精准确定何时选择何种养护措施可以得到最大养护效益。通过对不同养护措施的养护时机以及该养护方法产生的养护效益和费用进行对比,表明对路面进行经常性小修保养可以更好地保证路面使用性能的稳定,也能保证养护投入最低和效益最大。By improving the initial population and crossing steps in NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm,the convergence and distribution of the algorithm were improved.Through simulation experiments,a multi-objective model was established with the objective of maximizing the maintenance benefits of PCI,RQI,and RDI indices for road segments while minimizing the maintenance fund.Multi-objective optimization was then performed based on this model.The problem of determining the maintenance time of the whole analysis period was studied.The simulation results show that the improved NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm is better than the unimproved NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm in distribution and convergence rate.Using the improved algorithm to make pavement maintenance decisions on pavement can ensure that it can be accurately determined when and which maintenance measures to choose to get the maximum maintenance benefits under the condition of a certain maintenance cost.By comparing the maintenance opportunities of different maintenance measures and the maintenance benefits and costs generated by this maintenance method,it is shown that regular minor maintenance of pavement can better ensure the stability of pavement performance,and also ensure the minimum maintenance investment and maximum benefit.
