摘　　要：全内反射,又称全反射,是当光以大于临界角从光密介质入射到光疏介质时在介质表面被完全反射的现象.在全内反射中会在光疏介质一侧产生倏逝波.倏逝波是一种沿介质表面传播且振幅随穿透深度的增加而呈指数衰减的表面波.当有第三层折射率比第二层高的介质靠近第一层与第二层介质的边界时,该介质会与第二层介质中的倏逝波发生相互作用而导致部分在第一、二层介质界面发生全内反射的光透入到第三层介质中,这种现象称为受抑全内反射.近年来,受抑全内反射被运用在多个领域,得到了广泛关注.本文首先简要介绍了倏逝波和受抑全内反射及其原理,并用MATLAB模拟了透过率与光疏介质宽度、介质的折射率以及入射角的关系.随后介绍了两种验证受抑全内反射的实验以及有关受抑全内反射的几个应用.Total internal reflection is the phenomenon which light is reflected totally on the surface when light is incident from a dense medium to a thin medium at an angle greater than critical angle.In total internal reflection,evanescent waves are generated on the side of the thin medium.Evanescent wave is a surface wave that propagates along the surface of media and its amplitude decreases exponentially with the increase of penetration depth.When the medium of the third layer with a higher refractive index than the second layer gets close to the boundary between the first and the second layer,the medium will interact with evanescent waves in the second layer,resulting in partial light reflected by total internal reflection at the interface of the first and second layer penetrating into the third layer medium,and this phenomenon is called frustrated total internal reflection.In recent years,frustrated total internal reflection has been applied in many fields and has attracted extensive attention.In this paper,firstly evanescent wave and frustrated total internal reflection and theories of them are introduced briefly,and the relationship between transmittance and width of the thin medium,refractive index of medium and incident angle are simulated by MATLAB.Secondly,two experimental schemes to verify the frustrated total internal reflection and some applications depending on in several fields are shown.
