摘  要:目的调查西藏地区医务人员执业环境现状,为改善该地区医务人员执业环境提供依据。方法采用西藏第六次国家卫生服务调查中医务人员执业环境方面问卷,对西藏7个地市24个区(县)的三种医疗卫生机构1910名医务人员进行调查。结果西藏地区医务人员自感被尊重、满意和信任的程度提高,不同机构、科室和地市医务人员自感患者和社会尊重的程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同地市和职称医务人员感到被患者满意和信任的程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同机构、科室、地市、职称及现机构工作年限医务人员自评社会地位评分存在的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西藏地区医务人员执业环境有所改善。需根据西藏地区的文化、地域特点,合理配置卫生资源,制定相关优惠政策,建立激励机制,加强医务人员人文关怀,为医务人员定期开展藏语沟通能力培训等,不断改善西藏地区医务人员执业环境,推动雪域高原医疗服务事业的发展。Objective To investigate the practice environment of medical staff in Tibet and to provide evidence for improving the practice environment of medical staff in Tibet.Methods A total of 1910 medical staff in 3 kinds of medical institutions in 24 districts(counties)of 7 prefectures in Tibet were investigated by using the questionnaire of the sixth National Health Service Survey of Tibet.Results In Tibet,medical staff's self-sense of being respected,satisfied and trusted was improved.There were statistically significant differences in the self-sense of patients and social respect among medical staff in different institutions,departments and cities(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the satisfaction and trust of medical staff in different cities and professional titles(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in self-rated social status scores of medical staff in different institutions,departments,cities,titles and years of working in current institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion The working environment for medical personnel in Tibet has improved.According to the cultural and regional characteristics of Tibet,it is necessary to rationally allocate health resources,formulate relevant preferential policies,establish incentive mechanisms,strengthen humanistic care for medical personnel,regularly conduct Tibetan language communication skills training for medical personnel,constantly improve the practice environment of medical personnel in Tibet,and promote the development of medical service in the snowy plateau.
