摘　　要：目的缩短PIVAS首批输液完成时间,提升患者用药安全性、有效性。方法开展问题解决型品管圈活动,通过定期进行早班岗位培训与考核、优化班次任务、个性化设置周转桶满桶阈值、调整分拣出口位置、制订调配工作量考核方案等措施进行改进。结果PIVAS首批输液完成时间的改善空间由改善前的46.14 min/千袋缩短至23.37 min/千袋。结论针对PIVAS首批输液完成时间长的问题,通过品管圈活动进行改进,可有效保障患者按时用药,缩短静脉用药调配后放置时间,确保患者用药安全。Objective To shorten the completion time of the first batch of PIVAS infusion and improve the safety and effectiveness of medication for patients.Methods The problem-solving quality control circle activities were carried out for improvement through regular morning shift training and assessment,optimizing shift tasks,setting the automatic sorter turnover bucket full bucket threshold,adjusting the location of the automatic sorter sorting unit,formulating and deploying workload assessment plan,and other measures.Results The first batch of PIVAS infusion completion time was reduced from 46.14 min/1000 bags to 23.37 min/1000 bags.Conclusion In view of the long completion time of the first batch of PIVAS infusion,the improvement of quality control circle activities can effectively guarantee the timely medication of patients,shorten the placement time after intravenous medication allocation,and ensure the safety of the medication.
