摘  要:为初步探究不同播期和赤霉素浓度对独一味幼苗生长和药用成分的影响。本试验以草炭土、蛭石和珍珠岩为基质,分别选取7个不同播种日期及4种赤霉素(GA_(3))浓度,测定其对出苗率、成活率、真叶比例、幼苗生长参数及地上部分次生代谢产物含量的影响,并采用主成分分析和模糊隶属函数综合评价,筛选出最适宜播种条件。6月17日播种出苗率和成活率最高,除4月播种种子发芽较慢外,种子发芽时间在10~14d;100mg/L GA_(3)溶液处理出苗率和成活率均为最高;种子浸泡GA_(3)可使长真叶时间提前,同时GA_(3)浓度越高,真叶增加越显著;4月底和6月底播种对根系生长有利;高浓度GA_(3)有利于根系生长,而适宜的GA_(3)浓度有利于地上、地下生物量积累;4月底和7月底播种山栀苷甲酯、连翘酯苷B和胡麻属苷、8-O-乙酰山栀苷甲酯含量较高;GA_(3)浓度与各药用成分含量成反比,表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制。主成分分析和模糊隶属函数表明,4月底至6月中旬播种更有利于种子萌发、真叶生长和地上部分代谢产物等的积累;100mg/L GA_(3)浓度处理种子更有利于独一味幼苗生长,此结果可为独一味大棚育苗技术研究提供参考。To investigate the effects of different sowing dates and gibberellin concentrations on the growth and medicinal components of Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo seedlings.six different sowing dates and four concentrations of gibberellin(GA_(3))were selected as substrates,and their effects on seedling emergence,survival rate,true leaf ratio,seedling growth parameters and the content of above-ground secondary metabolites were determined by using principal component analysis and fuzzy The most suitable sowing conditions were selected by using principal component analysis and fuzzy affiliation function.The seedling emergence and survival rate were the highest when the seeds were sown on June 17,except for the slow germination of seeds sown in April,the seeds germinated in 10~14 days;the seedling emergence and survival rate were the highest when treated with 10mg/L GA_(3)solution;seeds soaked in GA_(3)could advance the time of long true leaves,while the higher the concentration of GAs,the more significant the increase of true leaves;Sowing at the end of April and June was favorable for root growth;high concentration of GA_(3)was favorable for root growth,while suitable GA_(3)concentration was favorable for above-and below-ground biomass accumulation;sowing at the end of April and July had higher content of methyl gardenia glycoside,allantoin B and carnoside,and methyl 8-O-acetyl gardenia glycoside;GA_(3)concentration was inversely proportional to the content of each medicinal component,showing that low concentration promoted and high concentration inhibited.Principal component analysis and fuzzy affiliation function showed that seed sowing from the end of April to mid-June was more favorable for seed germination,true leaf growth and accumulation of above-ground metabolites;10Omg/L GA_(3)concentration treated seeds were more favorable for the growth of L.rotata(Benth.)seedlings,and this result could provide a basis for the research of L rotata(Benth.)greenhouse nursery technology.
