摘  要:采用自制TiO_(2)/ACF光催化材料对土霉素模拟废水的降解过程进行了研究,探究了不同土霉素的浓度、溶液pH、腐殖酸浓度以及常见无机离子对其降解过程的影响,并对其光催化降解动力学进行了研究。研究结果表明:1)TiO_(2)/ACF光催化氧化法对30~70 mg/L范围内土霉素降解率均在80%以上,其降解过程符合准一级动力学模型;2)土霉素浓度越低,土霉素降解率和COD去除率越高,30 mg/L时达86.1%和50.4%;3)随着pH的增加,土霉素降解率和COD去除率均先增大后减小,pH为7时土霉素降解率最大为85.0%,pH为5时COD去除率最大为51.1%;4)腐殖酸的存在明显抑制了土霉素的降解过程,浓度越高抑制作用也越大,添加10 mg/L腐殖酸土霉素降解率降低了12.5%;5)Cl^(-)、Cu^(2+)、Mg^(2+)存在时,COD的去除有明显提高。HCO_(3)^(-)、NO_(3)^(-)的存在则降低了土霉素降解速率常数。In this study,the photocatalytic degradation of oxytetracycline in water by self-made TiO2/ACF was studied in a UVC lamp.The effects of the oxytetracycline concentration,solution pH,humic acid concentration and inorganic ions on the removal efficiency of oxytetracycline and COD were studied.The results showed that the removal of 30~70 mg/L oxytetracycline by photocatalytic are above 80%.The photodegradation rate in aqueous solution followed pseudo-first-order model.The removal efficiency of oxytetracycline and COD decreased with the decrease of the initial mass concentration of oxytetracycline,and the highest values were 86.1%and 50.4%at 30 mg/L.The maximum removal efficiency of oxytetracycline and COD reached 85.0%and 51.1%at pH 5~7.The removal efficiency of oxytetracycline was inhibited by the presence of humic acid.The addition of 10 mg/L humic acid reduced the removal efficiency of oxytetracycline by 12.5%With the increase of humic acid concentration,the degradation rate of OTC decreased.The presence of Cl^(-),Cu^(2+)and Mg^(2+)can significantly improve the removal efficiency of COD.The presence of HCO_(3)^(-)and NO_(3)^(-)decreased the rate constant of oxytetracycline.
