摘  要:气凝胶作为具有低密度、高孔隙率及大比表面积的纳米多孔材料,在隔热保温及高温防护等领域具有广泛的应用前景,而制备机械性能优异耐高温的整块气凝胶材料是一个巨大挑战和实现气凝胶规模化应用的关键。本文通过溶胶凝胶法结合二氧化碳超临界干燥合成了一种结构均匀且轻质耐高温的块体氧化铝气凝胶,研究结果表明所制备的氧化铝气凝胶具有良好的成型性以及高温隔能力,对氧化铝气凝胶化工合成和产业化应用具有重要的参考价值。As a nanoporous material with low density,high porosity and large specific surface area,the aerogel has a wide application prospect in the fields of thermal insulation and high temperature protection,and the preparation of monolithic aerogel materials with excellent mechanical properties and high temperature resistance is a huge challenge and the key to achieve large-scale application of aerogels.A bulk alumina aerogel with uniform structure,light weight and high temperature resistance was synthesized by sol-gel method combined with supercritical carbon dioxide drying.The results showed that the prepared alumina aerogel had good formability and high temperature insulation ability,which had important reference value for the chemical synthesis and industrial application of alumina aerogel.
