摘 要:为了解本地市售婴幼儿护肤类产品中抗感染类药物的非法添加状况,为政府监管部门提供科学、有效的技术支撑,从本地母婴用品店、商场、超市等重点场所采购115批次婴幼儿护肤样品,采用优化的化妆品中抗感染类药物检测方法对样品中36种抗感染类药物进行超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)分析,115批次均未检出添加抗感染类药物。为对比不同销售渠道质量情况,同步分析网售23批次样品,其中1批次消字号中药乳膏检出酮康唑,含量高达178μg/g。结果表明本地婴幼儿护肤品中36种抗感染药物非法添加情况良好,化妆品中药物非法添加的情况有改善,但问题依然存在,网售渠道更严重,应持续加强针对性监管,以降低化妆品消费者的安全风险。In order to understand the illegal addition of anti infective drugs in infant skin care products on the local market and provide scientific and effective technical support for government regulators,115 batches of infant skin care samples were purchased from local mother and infant products stores,shopping malls,supermarkets and other key places,36 kinds of anti infective drugs in cosmetics were analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS.No anti infective drugs were detected in 115 batches.In order to compare the quality of different sales channels,23 batches of samples sold online were analyzed at the same time.Ketoconazole was detected in one batch of traditional Chinese medicine cream with a content of 178μg/g.The results showed that the illegal addition of 36 anti infective drugs in local infant skin care products was good,and the illegal addition of drugs in cosmetics was improved,but the problems still existed,and the online sales channels were more serious.Targeted supervision should be continuously strengthened to reduce the safety risk of cosmetics consumers.
