连续流动注射法在水中挥发酚检测和能力验证中的应用

摘  要:基于连续流动注射分析仪对水中挥发酚进行方法验证,建立了连续流动注射法检测水中挥发酚的方法。实验结果表明,0~50.0μg/L范围内,线性关系较好,相关线性系数为0.9998,方法检出限为0.0001 mg/L,对三种浓度的标准物质6次重复测定,相对标准偏差分别在1.78%~6.19%,方法精密度高,对两种浓度的标准样品6次重复测定,相对误差分别在0.34%和1.55%,实际样品加标测定,加标回收率在95.0%~113.0%,准确度高,将该方法应用到挥发酚能力验证考核中,考核结果为满意,该方法能够满足日常挥发酚样品的准确测定。Based on the determination of volatile phenols in water by continuous flow injection,a continuous flow injection method for the determination of volatile phenols in water was established.The experimental results showed that the linear relationship was well in the range of 0~50.0μg/L,the correlation linearity coefficient was 0.9998,and the detection limit of the method was 0.0001 mg/L.The standard solution of three concentrations was repeated for 6 times,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 2.03%to 6.19%,with good precision.The standard sample of two concentrations was repeated for 6 times,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.34%to 1.55%,the standard recovery rates of the sample was in the range of 95.0%~113.0%,with high accuracy.This method was applied to the blind sample examination of volatile phenol,theresult was satisfactory,which can meet the requirements of water quality analysis.
