基于在线色谱谱图的故障诊断及处理

摘　　要：在线色谱仪在现场应用中,随着实际使用环境的不断变化,或密封件发生泄漏及使用时间增长色谱柱逐渐老化,会有呈现度不同的故障现象。判断故障最必要高效的方法就是分析谱图。谱图的微小波动和变化直接反映了在线色谱的工作状态,通过对前后流路的谱图、谱峰峰形和出峰保留时间变化的对比,可以快速建立排查思路,为进一步的维修维护策略提供指导。In the field application of on-line chromatograph,with the continuous change of the actual use environment,or leakage of seals and the growth of the use of time chromatographic column gradually aging,there will be a different degree of failure phenomenon.The most necessary and efficient way to determine the fault is to analyze the spectrum.The small fluctuations and changes of the spectra directly reflect the working state of the online chromatography.By comparing the spectra of the front and rear flow paths,the peak shape of the spectra and the retention time changes of the front,the screening ideas can be quickly established to provide guidance for further maintenance strategies.
