摘 要:在乙烯裂解工艺中,裂解气碱洗过程中会产生大量乙烯废碱液,废碱液毒性较大,腐蚀性较强并伴有强烈刺激性气味,易对环境造成污染,如何绿色、有效、低成本处理该废碱液己成为目前化工企业急需解决的问题。通过分析废碱液的组成和性质,对目前应用较广泛的高压湿式废碱氧化及新型催化氧化进行了工艺对比,并在此基础上探索了两者在装置中的实际应用。In the ethylene cracking process,the alkaline washing process of the cracked gas will produce a large amount of ethylene waste lye.The waste lye is highly toxic,corrosive and accompanied by a strong pungent odor,which is easy to cause pollution to the environment.How to deal with the waste lye in a green,effective and low-cost manner has become an urgent problem for chemical enterprises.By analyzing the composition and properties of spent caustic soda,a process comparison was made between the widely used high-pressure wet caustic oxidation and new catalytic oxidation,and on this basis,the practical application of the two in the device was explored.
