摘 要:为实现钢厂特别是焦化生产环节节能降碳,开发新节能蒸氨工艺意义重大。分析水蒸汽直接蒸氨、导热油加热间接蒸氨、管式炉加热间接蒸氨、水蒸汽加热间接蒸氨、热泵法蒸氨和负压蒸氨工艺的结构、特点和工艺流程,进而对比新余热蒸氨工艺原理和工艺流程,并对其实际应用案例进行介绍。对新工艺节能、经济性进行计算统计:年降低生产成本1863万元年,节约标煤1.73万吨/年,减排二氧化碳4.53万吨/年。余热蒸氨技术将成为未来焦化生产节能降碳的重要措施。It was of great significance to develop new energy-saving ammonia distillation processes in order to achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction in steel mills,especially in coking production.The structure,characteristics,and process flow of direct ammonia evaporation with water vapor were analyzed,ammonia evaporation with heat transfer oil heating,ammonia evaporation with tube furnace heating,ammonia evaporation with water vapor heating were indirected,evaporation was ammoniaed with heat pump method,and pressure ammonia evaporation process was negatived.Then the principle and process flow of the new residual heat ammonia evaporation process was compared,and its practical application cases was introduced.The energy-saving and economic benefits of the new process were calculated:reduced production costs by 18.63 million yuan per year,saved 17300 tons of standard coal per year,and reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 45300 tons per year.The waste heat ammonia evaporation technology would become an important measure for energy conservation and carbon reduction in future coking production.
