摘  要:依托当地特色银杏产业,设计了以银杏叶中总黄酮的提取和结构鉴定为内容的综合化学实验。该实验采用回流法提取银杏叶中的总黄酮,利用显色法、紫外-可见分光光度法和红外光谱法对其结构进行初步鉴定。通过在学生中开展分组实验,让其认识到提取工艺对提取效率的影响。该实验实现了样品的处理、实验条件单因素分析及仪器分析的有机结合,有利于提高学生对化学知识的综合应用能力,还将为学生今后服务地方经济打下基础。Based on local feature,a comprehensive chemical experiment was designed to extract and identify the total flavonoids from ginkgo biloba.The total flavonoids in ginkgo biloba were extracted by reflux method,and their structures were preliminarily identified by chromogenic,UV-Vis spectrophotometric and FT-IR methods.Group experiments were carried out among students to make them realize the influence of extraction conditions on extraction efficiency.This experiment combined the treatment of samples,single factor analysis of experimental conditions and instrumental analysis,which was conducive to improve students comprehensive application ability of chemical knowledge and laid a foundation for students to serve local economy in the future.
