基于“纺织工业记忆”的空间交互平台构建模式探究——以西安市纺织城为例

摘　　要：随着我国城镇化进程推进和产业迭代升级,工业遗产也正因老旧工业厂区的废弃、拆除而面临保护、传承不利的困境,亟需结合城市发展需求挖掘其内在价值,寻找科学合理的保护路径。研究以西安纺织城为例,在对其现存问题、保护困境、需求分析进行系统梳理的基础上,以青年学者为活力因子,植入城市新功能与业态,提出了通过构建空间交互平台的四种模式以促进纺织工业遗产的保护和利用,以期为同类型工业遗产的活化利用提供参考和借鉴。With the advancement of urbanization and industrial iteration and upgrading in China,industrial heritage is also facing the dilemma of unfavorable conservation and inheritance due to the abandonment and demolition of old industrial factories,and it is urgent to explore its intrinsic value and find a scientific and reasonable conservation path by combining with the demands of urban development.Taking Xi'an Textile City as an example,we propose four models to promote the protection and utilization of textile industrial heritage by constructing a spatial interaction platform,based on a systematic analysis of its existing problems,protection dilemmas and needs,with young scholars as the dynamic factor and implanting new functions and business modes in the city,with a view to providing references and lessons for the revitalization and utilization of industrial heritage of the same type.
