轨道交通促进下城市中心区地下公共空间精细化城市设计——以南京新街口中心区为例

摘　　要：要存量优化背景下,轨道交通促进城市中心区地下公共空间开发,从而拓展公共空间容量是实现城市中心区可持续发展的重要途径之一。在探明地下公共空间精细化城市设计的内涵,剖析城市中心区地下公共空间精细化城市设计特征,明确轨道交通对城市中心区地下公共空间开发影响的基础上,总结轨道交通促进下的城市中心区地下公共空间精细化城市设计的通用策略;以南京新街口中心区为例,通过分析南京新街口中心区发展的各个阶段和地下公共空间开发的侧重点,结合轨道交通城市中心区地下公共空间精细化城市设计策略,并使用空间句法验证策略的合理性。为类似城市中心区地下公共空间精细化城市设计提供科学合理的方法指引和案例参考。Under the background of stock optimization,rail transit promotes the development of underground public space in urban central areas to expand the capacity of public space,which is one of the essential ways to realize the sustainable development of urban central area.Based on exploring the connotation of refined urban design of underground public space,analyzing the characteristics of sophisticated urban design of underground public space in urban central area,and clarifying the impact of rail transit on the development of underground public space in urban central area,we summarize the general strategy of refined urban design of underground public space in urban central area promoted by rail transit.Taking Nanjing Xinjiekou central area as an example,by analyzing the development stages of Nanjing Xinjiekou central area and the focus of underground public space development,we summarize the corresponding refined urban design strategy of underground public space in urban central area combined with rail transit.We also use spatial syntax to verify the rationality of the system,so as to provide scientific and reasonable method guidance and case reference for the refined urban design of underground public space in similar urban central areas.
