国土空间规划体系下城乡规划专业总体规划课程群教学改革探讨——以中南大学为例

摘　　要：要随着国土空间规划改革、专业转型发展及应用型人才培养等新趋势的到来,国家对城乡规划专业课程教学提出了新要求。该文通过梳理现有城乡规划专业教学内容、教学方法、教学成果等方面的研究成果,总结提出总体规划课程是改革研究的重点。同时,在结合中南大学城乡规划专业本科国土空间总体规划课程群课程体系的基础上,针对课程教学发展、设计基地选择、质量监督等教学现状展开了教学思考与改革探讨。并归纳总结“‘校企地’三方合作、校内外导师团队化、教学内容体系化、强化‘案例库’建设”等方面取得的相关经验,为国土空间总体规划课程群教学改革提出新思路、新方向,以期有效促进城乡规划专业本科教育教学质量的提升。With the coming of new trends such as the reform of territorial spatial planning,the transformation and development of specialties and the training of applied talents,the country has put forward new requirements for the teaching of urban and rural planning courses.By sorting out and summarizing the existing research results on teaching content,teaching methods and teaching results of urban and rural planning major,the general planning course is taken as the focus of reform research.At the same time,on the basis of the curriculum group system of Territorial and Spatial Master plan for undergraduate students of urban and rural planning major of Central South University,the present teaching situation of course teaching development,design base selection,quality supervision and other aspects,we carry out teaching thinking and reform discussion.We also summarize the relevant experiences gained in the three-way cooperation between the university and the enterprise,the teamwork of tutors inside and outside the university,the systematic teaching content,and the strengthening of the construction of the"case base",we also propose new ideas and new directions for the teaching reform of the course group of the Master Plan of Territorial Space,in order to effectively promote the improvement of the teaching quality of urban and rural planning undergraduate education.
