摘　　要：随着城市发展由增量建设转变为存量更新,历史街区改造及其场地内的新建建筑设计逐渐成为城市更新的主题,并成为高校建筑学教育体系中十分重要的教学课题。以往的建筑学教学更着重于专业知识的传授和学科逻辑的建立,在新时代社会快速发展的大背景下,已逐渐难以适应不断变化的社会对新时代建筑学工程人才的素质要求,需要进行教学体系和设计理论的更新。在新工科教育改革(NEET)的背景下,太原理工大学建筑学院结合列斐伏尔的“空间生产理论”,以太原理工大学建筑设计(五)课程设计为例,探究“NEET”对建筑学历史街区城市设计和商业建筑设计的课程教学体系改革的设计方法,以及空间生产理论指导下的设计理论教育实践探索。With the transformation of urban development from incremental construction to stock renewal,the renovation of historic districts and the design of new buildings within them have gradually become the theme of urban renewal,and have become a very important teaching topic in the architecture education system of colleges and universities.In the past,architecture teaching focused more on the teaching of professional knowledge and the establishment of discipline logic,and under the background of the rapid development of society in the new era,it has gradually become difficult to adapt to the quality requirements for architectural engineering talents from the changing society in the new era,and it is necessary to update the teaching system and design theory.Under the background of The New Engineering Education Transformation(NEET),the School of Architecture of Taiyuan University of Technology combined with Henri Lefebvre's"the production of space"theory,taking the course design of Taiyuan University of Technology Architectural Design(V)as an example,we explore the design method of the reform of the curriculum teaching system of urban design and commercial building design of architectural historic districts under the background of"NEET",and the exploration of design theory education practice under the guidance of"the production of space"theory.
