社会加速背景下青年的生存焦虑与消解路径——基于罗萨的社会加速理论

摘　　要：罗萨认为,社会加速诞生了五种“新异化”,人被精准纳入资本加速增殖环节,加剧了社会分化与竞争,产生了“异化危机”。社会加速也加剧了当代青年在教育、就业、住房、婚育等方面的竞争与压力,引发他们内心深处的焦虑。我们应理性审视当代青年生存焦虑的社会根源,积极完善有利于青年健康成长的制度环境,提升青年适应社会加速的综合素质,培育青年积极向上的社会心态,助力当代青年成长为促进社会高质量发展的主体力量。Rosa believes that the acceleration of society has given birth to five types of"new alienation",where people are precisely included in the process of capital acceleration and proliferation,exacerbating social differentiation and competition,and creating a"alienation crisis".The acceleration of society has also intensified the competition and pressure among contemporary youth in various aspects such as education,employment,housing,marriage,and childbirth,triggering their deep anxiety.We should rationally examine the social roots of contemporary youth's survival anxiety,actively cultivate a favorable institutional environment for their healthy growth,cultivate their comprehensive qualities to adapt to the acceleration of society,forge a positive and upward social mentality,and help contemporary youth grow as the main force promoting high quality of social development.
