摘 要:金属氢化物静态氢压缩装置是利用储氢合金介质的热力学特性将氢气由低压增至高压,其临氢罐体材料会受到高压氢和金属氢化物的双重作用影响,但国内外尚未见相关研究报道。本研究首先采用自主研制的高压缩比增压储氢合金设计制作了“高压氢+金属氢化物”共存环境的材料临氢处理装置,然后以S31254不锈钢作为罐壁材质研究对象,对比研究了单纯高压氢(50MPa)和“高压氢+金属氢化物”两种临氢环境以及临氢处理温度对罐壁材料的影响作用。通过力学性能测试和氢热脱附谱分析发现,两种临氢环境下高压氢均会渗入罐壁材料基体,从而对罐壁材料的力学性能产生不利影响;金属氢化物的存在会加快高压氢渗入罐壁材料基体的速度,尤其当临氢处理温度超过100℃以上时,其影响作用逐渐变得显著,样品断裂延伸率明显减小,但未出现氢脆现象,表明S31254材料具有较好的抗氢脆性能。因此,当金属氢化物静态氢压缩装置采用S31254不锈钢作为罐壁材质时,建议其操作运行温度应控制在100℃以下。Metal hydride hydrogen compressor can effectively increase hydrogen from low pressure to high pressure based on the thermodynamic properties of hydrogen storage alloys.The compressor tank material will be affected by both the high-pressure hydrogen and metal hydrides.However,little related research work is reported so far.A new hydrogen treatment device was designed and manufactured based on the highcompression ratio hydrogen storage alloys developed by our group.Then,S31254 stainless steel was treated under two different environments,one is high-pressure hydrogen environment,and the other is high-pressure hydrogen and metal hydride powder environment.The effects of metal hydrides and treatment temperature on the mechanical properties of the S31254 stainless steel were studied.Hydrogen thermal desorption spectrum was used to determine the hydrogen content in the treated samples.The experimental results showed that hydrogen would penetrate into the treated stainless steel sample,and showed a negative effect on the mechanical properties.Metal hydrides will accelerate the penetrating rate of hydrogen into the metal matrix,and the effect gradually becomes significant when the hydrogen treatment temperature exceeds 100℃.But no hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon was observed under the experimental conditions,which indicated that S31254 material had good resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.Therefore,when S31254 stainless steel is used as the tank material for metal hydride hydrogen compressors,it is recommended that the operating temperature should be controlled below 100℃.
