院前综合管理对急诊外伤患者急救成功率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对急诊外伤患者加强院前综合管理对急救成功率产生的影响。方法:选取急诊外伤患者共计80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法予以分组处理,其中对照组40例应用常规院前管理方案,观察组40例应用综合院前管理方案,观察对比两组抢救时间、抢救成功率、院前管理满意度、入院时生命体征指标、危机事件发生率。结果:观察组确诊时间、急诊至手术时间、住院时间较对照组均明显减少(P<0.05);观察组抢救成功率、患者院前管理满意度较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);观察组医疗纠纷、记录不完整、医疗器械准备不当等危机事件率较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:针对急诊外伤患者在加强综合院前管理,可缩短确诊、急诊至手术及住院等时间,提高抢救成功率,增强急救管理满意度,对防范危机事件十分关键。Objective:To investigate the impact of strengthening pre-hospital comprehensive management on the success rate of emergency care in treating emergency trauma patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with emergency trauma were selected,all of whom were admitted to hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.Control group(40 cases)received routine pre-hospital management protocols while observation group(40 cases)received comprehensive pre-hospital management protocols.The rescue time,rescue success rate,pre-hospital management satisfaction,vital signs at admission,and crisis event rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The diagnosis time,emergency to surgery time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of successful rescue and patient satisfaction with pre-hospital management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The crisis event rate of medical disputes,incomplete records,improper medical equipment preparation,and operational errors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For emergency trauma patients,strengthening comprehensive pre-hospital management is crucial for reducing diagnosis time,emergency to surgery time,and hospitalization time,accelerating recovery,improving rescue success rates,enhancing management satisfaction and maintaining stable vital signs,and preventing crisis events.
