数字化信息追溯技术在CSSD外来医疗器械再处理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨消毒供应中心对外来医疗器械应用数字化信息追溯技术进行再处理的效果。方法:选取某院消毒供应中心2022年3月-2022年6月未采用数字化信息追溯技术的91个外来医疗器械包12345件医疗器械作为对照组,2022年12月-2023年2月采用数字化信息追溯技术的96个外来医疗器械包11412件医疗器械作为观察组,比较两组外来医疗器械清洗情况、装配情况及两组器械包包装情况、信息登记准确情况、追溯信息完整、返洗情况。结果:观察组清洗合格率、装配合格率、包装合格率、信息准确率、追溯信息完整率、返洗率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字化信息追溯技术在消毒供应中心的应用可有效提高外来医疗器械再处理的质量,确保外来医疗器械的应用安全。Objective:This study aims to analyze the clinical effect feedback of digital information traceability technology applied in the reprocessing of foreign medical equipment in the disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 9i foreign medical equipment packages without digital information traceability technology from March to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and 96 foreign medical equipment packages with digital information traceability technology from December 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group,The cleaning status,assembly status,packaging status,information registration accuracy,completeness of traceability information,and return wash status of the two groups of foreign medical equipment were compared.Results:The cleaning pass rate,assembly pass rate,packaging pass rate,information accuracy rate,completeness of traceability information rate,and return wash rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of digital information traceability technology in the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the quality of reprocessing of foreign medical equipment and ensure the quality of supply of foreign medical equipment.
