SBAR沟通模式在下肢骨肿瘤手术患者延续性护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:初步观察在下肢骨肿瘤保肢手术患者中基于现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)沟通模式的延续性护理的干预效果。方法:选择66例接受保肢手术治疗的下肢骨肿瘤者,随机分为观察组和参照组,各33例。参照组患者予以常规护理干预,观察组患者予以SBAR沟通模式的延续性护理。干预前与干预2个月后采用Enneking评分标准评估患者下肢功能,HAMA评分评估焦虑情况,Karnofsky评分评估患者生活质量。并于干预后进行护理满意度调查。结果:干预后,观察组患者Enneking评分的6个项目及HAMA评分较参照组均进一步降低,Karnofsky评分升高,且观察组患者护理满意度显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于SBAR沟通模式的延续性护理有助于改善下肢骨肿瘤保肢手术患者的预后,进一步提高其生活质量。Objective:To observe the intervention effect of continuous nursing based on the situation-background assessment-recommendation(SBAR)communication mode in patients undergoing limb salvage surgery for lower limb tumor.Methods:66 patients with lower limb bone tumor undergoing limb salvage surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected and randomly divided into observation group and reference group,33 patients in each group.Patients in the reference group received routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group received continuous care of SBAR communication mode.Enneking score,HAMA score and Karnofsky score were used to evaluate the patients before and after intervention.Nursing satisfaction were assessed.Results:After the intervention,the Enneking score of 6 items and the HAMA score of the observation group were further reduced compared with the reference group,the Karnofsky score was increased,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous care based on SBAR communication mode can improve the prognosis of patients undergoing limb salvage surgery for lower extremity bone tumor and further improve the quality of life.
