摘 要:目的:探讨“浸融”式项目式教学法在麻醉本科教学中的应用可行性,并评价该类教学模式的应用效果。方法:以某院新进实习医生及规培医生为教学研究对象,并把他们随机分成传统教学组与“浸融式项目教学组,就两组学员的教学满意度、技能操作能力、理论考核成绩、带教老师反馈评价等评价两种教学法的差异与效果。结果:两组学员的构成差别没有统计学意义(P=0.575)。项目式教学用于临床麻醉的教学实践,理论考核差异无统计学意义(P=0.664),但是较传统教学组能显著提高学员的实践能力成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老师给予的临床整体评价组间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)在教学满意度的回馈问卷上,“浸融”式项目教学组都给出了较高的评分(P<0.05)。结论:“浸融”式项目式教学法能让学生切身处地的浸入到临床手术麻醉场景中,形成危急情境下高效的处理能力,并在无形中学习到良好的医德医风,最终塑造完善健康的人格;能够提高教学质量和效率,提高了学生的学习积极性,对医学本科生教学有指导意义。Objective:To explore the application feasibility of"Immersion"project teaching method in anesthesia undergraduate teaching,and evaluate the application effect of this kind of teaching mode.Methods:The new interns and doctors were taken as the teaching research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,the Traditional teaching group and the"Immersion"project teaching group.The differences and effects of the two groups were evaluated by descriptive analysis and T-test in terms of teaching satisfaction,skill operation ability,theoretical assessment results and the feedback evaluation from teachers.Results:the Personnel composition has no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.575).The application of project-based teaching in the teaching practice of clinical anesthesia has no statistical significance(P=0.664),but it can significantly improve the students'practical ability,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was also a statistical difference in the overall clinical evaluation given by teachers between the two groups(P<0.05).On the feedback questionnaire of teaching satisfaction,the feedback of the two groups was also different,and the project-based teaching group gave higher scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Immersion"project-based teaching method can make students immerse themselves in the anesthesia scene of clinical surgery,form efficient handling ability in critical situations,acquire good medical ethics invisibly,and finally shape a sound personality.It can improve teaching quality and efficiency,improve students'learning enthusiasm,and has guiding significance for medical undergraduate teaching.
