摘 要:目的:探讨住院医师规培临床教学中应用翻转课堂教学法结合3D打印技术对骨盆骨折临床教学效果的影响。方法:选取某科住院医师规培学员42名,随机分为教学改进组和教学对照组,每组21名学员。教学改进组采用翻转课堂教学法结合3D打印模型进行教学,对照组采用常规教育法教学。教学结束后采用理论笔试及问卷调查表等方式对教学效果进行评估。结果:两组学员对教学老师满意度评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在学习效果的自我评价方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教学改进组学员优于对照组学员。教学改进组学员在骨盆骨折解剖、骨折分型、治疗方案、手术入路等考试成绩方面得分均显著高于对照组学员(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂教学法结合3D打印可有效提高住院医师规培学员的学习效率,增加学员对于骨盆骨折解剖、病理特点、骨折分型、治疗方案、手术入路等概念的掌握,在今后的创伤骨科教学改革中可以发挥更大作用。Objective:To explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching method combined with 3D printing on the clinical teaching of pelvic fractures in the standardized clinical teaching of residents.Methods:42 residents of department were randomly divided into teaching improvement group and teaching control group based on the starting time of entering the department for regular training,with 21 students in each group.During the training period of our department,the teaching improvement group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method combined with 3D printing model for teaching,while the teaching control group adopted the conventional education method for teaching.After teaching,theoretical writen tests and subjective evaluation forms are used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in their evaluation of teacher satisfaction(P>0.05),but there was a statistical difference in their self-evaluation of learning effectiveness(P<0.05).The students in the teaching improvement group were better than the students in the teaching control group.The students in the teaching improvement group scored significantly higher than those in the teaching control group in terms of examination scores such as pelvic fracture anatomy,fracture classification,treatment plan,and surgical approach(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flipped classroom teaching method combined with 3D printing can effectively improve the learning efficiency of residents in regular training,and increase students'mastery of concepts such as pelvic fracture anatomy,pathological characteristics,fracture classification,treatment plans,and surgical approaches.it can play a greater role in the future reform of orthopaedic trauma teaching.
