皮肤保护膜在心脏病术后患儿中的应用及效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨皮肤保护膜在心脏病术后患儿电极片使用中的应用效果。方法:以某医院收治的86例患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患儿给予传统方法粘贴一次性电极片,观察组患儿给予皮肤保护膜应用后再粘贴一次性电极片。比较两组患儿接触性皮炎的发生率、电极片脱落情况及CHEOPS疼痛评分。结果:观察组患儿术后接触性皮炎的发生率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿术后电极片脱落情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿术后CHEOPS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心脏外科术后患儿使用皮肤保护膜可有效预防电极片所致接触性皮炎,减少电极片脱落,减轻患儿术后的疼痛情况。Objective:To investigate the application effect of skin protective film on electrode in children after cardiac surgery.Methods:A total of 86 children who met the criteria in hospital were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.Control group were pasted with disposable electrodes by traditional methods,and observation group were pasted with disposable electrodes after skin protective film application.The incidence of contact dermatitis,electrode detachment and CHEOPS pain score were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of contact dermatitis in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The shedding of electrode in observation group was better than that in control group(P<O.05).The CHEOPS pain score of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of skin protective film after cardiac surgery can effectively prevent contact dermatitis caused by electrode,reduce the loss of electrode,and alleviate postoperative pain in children.
