摘　　要：目的:调查ICU高热清醒患者冰毯使用依从性的影响因素,为提升临床患者冰毯使用依从性,提供理论参考依据。方法:该研究使用问卷调查法对ICU使用冰毯的高热清醒患者进行调查。结果:不同年龄、文化程度、是否为初次使用患者的依从性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冰毯使用依从性与患者自身方面、医护人员方面影响因素呈正相关(P<0.01),与仪器方面影响因素呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:应针对ICU高热清醒患者使用冰毯的影响因素,采取个体化的精准护理干预,以期提升患者冰毯治疗的效果。Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of ice blanket use compliance in high fever conscious patients in ICU,so as to provide theoretical reference for improving the ice blanket use compliance of clinical patients.Method:In this study,questionnaire survey method was used to investigate and analyze the high fever awake patients who used ice blanket.Results:The compliance of different age,education level and whether it is the first use was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compliance with ice blanket use was positively associated with the factors affecting the patients themselves and the medical staff(P<0.01)and was negatively associated with the instrumental factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to improve the therapeutic effect,individualized precise nursing intervention should be taken according to the influencing factors of ice blanket use in high fever patients..
