摘 要:应用阿维·苏云金杆菌、绿僵菌、印楝素、阿维菌素和烟碱·苦参碱5种生物农药对草原蝗虫进行了田间药效对比试验,结果表明:1.8%阿维菌素乳油、25亿孢子/g绿僵菌粉剂和1.2%烟碱·苦参碱乳油防治效果显著优于其他2种生物杀虫剂,药后20 d防效均>85%;3%印楝素乳油和2%阿维·苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂防治效果较差,药后20 d小区试验防效均<65%。绿僵菌是1种具有可持续长期防治特性的真菌杀虫剂,可作为草原蝗虫防控非暴发时期的优先选择。Field experiments were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of five biopesticides-Abamectin·Bacillus thuringiensis,Metarhizium,Azadirachtin,Abamectin and Nicotine·Matrine-for controlling grasshoppers.The results from the study showed that the 1.8%Abamectin EC,Metarhizium DP and 1.2%Nicotin·Matrine EC demonstrated superior efficacy compared to the other 2 biopesticides,achieving an efficiency rate of 85%on the 20 th day after spraying in field.Conversely,the effect of 0.3%Azadirachtin EC and 2%Abamectin·Bacillus thuringiensisw WP was lower,with efficiency rates falling below 65%on the 20th day of the plot test.Metarhizium,identified as a fungal insecticide,exhibited sustainable,long-term control characteristics,positioning it as a preferred choice for grasshopper control during non-outbreak period.
