摘 要:本试验探索了24-表芸苔素内酯和S-诱抗素复配使用对水稻生长和水稻品质的影响。以“F优498”和“川优6203”2个品种的水稻为研究对象,依据《农药田间药效试验准则》对根长等9个指标进行观察和测定。结果显示,24-表芸苔素内酯和S-诱抗素复配使用对2个品种水稻的根长、株高、分蘖数、有效穗、千粒重和产量具有增效作用。其对“F优498”水稻调节的最适剂量为0.835~1.255 g a.i/hm^(2),对“川优6203”水稻调节的最适剂量为0.63~0.835 g a.i/hm^(2)。同时,其还可以促进谷粒可溶性糖的积累。研究表明,24-表芸苔素内酯和S-诱抗素复配使用可以促进2个品种水稻的生长,提高水稻品质。This experiment investigated the effects of the combination of 24-epibrassinolide and S-abscisic acid on rice growth and quality.Utilizing two rice varieties,“Fyou 498”and“Chuanyou 6203”,as the subjects of study,nine parameters,including root length,were observed and measured according to the Pesticide Guidelines for the field efficacy trials.The results showed that the combination of 24-epibrassinolide and S-abscisic acid led to increased root length,plant height,tillers,effective panicle,weight of a thousand seeds,and yield in both rice varieties.For“Fyou 498”rice,the optimum concentration for regulation was found to be 0.835~1.255 g a.i/hm^(2),while for“Chuanyou 6203”rice,the optimum concentration was 0.63~0.835 g a.i/hm^(2).Additionally,this combination demonstrated the ability to enhance the accumulation of soluble sugar in grains.The finding showed that the application of 24-epibrassinolide and S-abscisic acid has the potential to promote rice growth and improve its quality.
