八路军115师入鲁后医疗卫生工作探析

摘　　要：八路军115师入鲁后的医疗卫生工作为山东抗日根据地的发展作出了重要贡献,密切了军民关系,发展了山东医疗卫生工作。入鲁初期,八路军115师在经费供给上转向以自筹自建为主,在战场救护、伤员治疗护理、药品获取方面积极依靠自身和紧密联系群众,与地方密切配合,建立隐蔽医院救治伤病员。在疫病防治上,注意部队卫生防病的同时开展群众卫生运动与卫生知识宣传,军民防治同步开展。入鲁后期,八路军115师与山东纵队合并成山东军区,医疗卫生工作进一步向着正规化与地方化发展。The medical and health work of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army in Shandong made an important contribution to the development of the Shandong Base Area of resistance against Japan.And It closely linked the military with the people,and developed the medical and health work in Shandong.At the early stage of its entering Shandong,the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army shifted to self-financing and self-constructing as the main sources of funds,and actively relied on itself and closely contacted the masses in the battlefield rescue,treatment and care of the wounded,acquisition of medicines,and worked closely with the local authorities to establish hidden hospitals to rescue and treat the wounded and sick.In the prevention and treatment of epidemics,the army paid attention to the troops’hygiene and disease prevention while carrying out mass health campaigns and hygiene knowledge propaganda,and synchronize the prevention and treatment of the army and the people.In the late stage,the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army and Shandong Column merged into Shandong Military Region,and the medical and health work further developed towards formalization and localization.
