摘　　要：民营化工企业是中国整个化工行业中不可或缺的一部分,也是国民经济中的重要组成部分。面对激烈的市场竞争,民营化工企业需要进一步加强企业管理,提升企业管理的核心竞争力。文章主要就民营化工企业核心竞争力存在的问题及提升对策进行了讨论。Private chemical enterprises are an indispensable part of China’s entire chemical industry and an important part of the national economy.In the face of fierce market competition,private chemical enterprises need to further strengthen enterprise management and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise management.This study mainly discusses the problems existing in the core competitiveness of private chemical enterprises and the countermeasures to improve it.
