摘  要:在油藏开发过程中,往往伴随着井筒结垢的存在,成垢类型也多样化。通过对油井垢样进行化验分析,井筒垢主要是难溶性盐类的结晶物。其成分主要包括:CaCO_(3)、CaSO_(4)、BaSO_(4)、SrSO_(4)、MgCO_(3)、FeCO_(3)、FeS、Fe(OH)_(3)、Fe2O_(3)、Mg(OH)_(2)、SiO_(2)、NaCl等。油田垢很少会见到单一类型的结垢物,往往以混合垢的形式存在,并以某种难溶盐垢为主。文章通过开展垢样化验分析、归纳成垢离子类型、分析主要结垢原因、明确结垢机理等一系列的思路主导,确定现阶段G83油藏采油井结垢主要以碳酸盐垢为主,同时含有少量的硫酸盐垢(主要存在形式是硫酸钡、硫酸锶)且主要分布在射孔段附近及尾管附近,为G83油藏井筒清防垢工作下步将如何实施提供了有效的指导意见和思路。In the process of reservoir development,often accompanied by the existence of wellbore scaling,scaling type is also diversified.Through the analysis of oil well scale samples,wellbore scale is mainly the crystallization of insoluble salts.Its main components include:CaCO_(3),CaSO_(4),BaSO_(4),SrSO_(4),MgCO_(3),FeCO_(3),FeS,Fe(OH)_(3),Fe2O_(3),Mg(OH)_(2),SiO_(2),NaCl.The single type of scale is seldom seen in oil field scale,which usually exists in the form of mixed scale and is dominated by some insoluble salt scale.In this paper,through a series of ideas such as carrying out scale sample analysis,inducing scale ion types,analyzing the main scaling causes,and clarifying the scaling mechanism,it is determined that at this stage,the scaling of production wells in G83 reservoir is mainly carbonate scale,and contains a small amount of sulfate scale(mainly in the form of Barium sulfate and Strontium sulfate),which is mainly distributed near the perforation section and the tail pipe,This provides effective guidance and ideas on how to implement the next step of wellbore cleaning and anti scaling work in G83 reservoir.
