摘 要:目的 探讨S-Detect技术联合C-TIRADS对超声表现为滤泡性肿瘤样甲状腺结节的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的94个超声表现为滤泡性肿瘤样甲状腺结节的影像资料。由不同工作经验超声医师依据C-TIRADS指南对结节进行诊断。以病理结果为金标准,计算并比较S-Detect技术及每位医师联合S-Detect技术前后的诊断效能。结果 S-Detect技术的诊断效能高于有2年工作经验的医师,低于有12年工作经验的医师。联合S-Detect技术后,有2年工作经验医师诊断效能提高,曲线下面积较前升高(P<0.05),其余医师较前无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 S-Detect技术联合C-TIRADS对超声表现为滤泡性肿瘤样甲状腺结节良恶性的诊断有较好的临床应用价值,可作为低年资医师的辅助诊断方法。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of S-Detect technology combined with C-TIRADS in patients with follicular tumor-like thyroid nodules in the sonograms.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 94 follicular tumor-like thyroid nodules in the sonograms confirmed by surgical pathology.The nodules were diagnosed by different experienced sonographers according to the C-TIRADS guidelines.Using the pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of S-Detect technology and each sonographer before and after the combination of the S-Detect technology were calculated and compared.Results The diagnostic efficiency of S-Detect technology was higher than that of sonographers with 2 years of work experience,but lower than that of sonographers with 12 years of work experience.After combining S-Detect,the diagnostic efficiency of sonographers with 2 years of work ex perience improved,and the area under the curve increased significantly(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the other sonographers(P>0.05)compared to before.Conclusions The combination of S-Detect technology and C-TIRADS has good clinical application value for follicular tumor-like thyroid nodules in the sonograms,and it can serve as an auxiliary diagnostic method for less experienced sonographers.
