摘　　要：新型病毒的不断出现引发学者们对病毒传播社会机制的探究,有学者结合马克思的唯物主义方法,提出“结构性同一健康”理论,探讨全球资本循环,特别是国际农业垄断资本运动与公共卫生之间的关系。从历史演变来看,资本主义工业化带来了农业生产方式的深刻变革。特别是20世纪70年代新自由主义政策实施以来,国际农业垄断资本通过推动各国农业生产,农产品加工、销售,农产品全球贸易等各领域的私有化、自由化和市场化,从而控制全球农业的产业链价值链,通过扩大土地规模和集约化生产等多种方式追求利润最大化,导致生态系统被侵蚀和破坏,新的病原体不断被释放,并随着全球农业供应链快速扩散传播,带来了公共卫生危机的可能性与必然性。The continuous emergence of new viruses has triggered scholars to explore the social mechanism of virus transmission,and some scholars put forward the"Structural One Health"theory based on Marx's materialist method to explore the relationship between global capital circulation,especially the international agricultural monopoly capital movement,and public health.From the perspective of historical evolution,capitalist industrialization has brought about profound changes in the mode of agricultural production.Especially since the implementation of neoliberal policies in the 1970s,international agricultural monopoly capital has controlled the industrial chain and value chain of global agriculture by promoting the privatization,liberalization and marketization of agricultural production,agricultural products processing and marketing,global trade of agricultural products and other fields,and pursued profit maximization by expanding land scale and intensive production,resulting in the erosion and destruction of ecosystems,the continuous release of new pathogens and their rapid spread with the global supply chain of agriculture It brings the possibility and inevitability of public health crisis.
