摘  要:为选择适宜于杉木林下种植的药材,构建科学合理的林药复合模式,试验选择6种常用的药材:黄连、黄精、虎杖、贝母、白及和大黄,通过药材淋出溶解液喷浇杉木枯落物进行分解培养,研究林下药材淋出溶解液对杉木枯落物C、N、P、K养分释放及枯落物分解的影响。结果表明,虎杖和贝母淋出溶解液能显著抑制杉木枯落物的养分分解和土壤酶活性。虎杖和贝母淋出溶解液显著延长了杉木枯落物的分解周转期,其分解周转期分别延长了34.60%、24.29%;虎杖对杉木枯落物分解中钾的释放具有显著抑制作用,降低了18.93%,同时显著抑制土壤多酚氧化酶和羧甲基纤维素酶的活性;贝母对杉木枯落物中碳、磷的释放有显著抑制作用,其释放量分别下降了12.79%和207.59%,并对土壤中多酚氧化酶活性有明显的抑制作用。因此建议在杉木林下尽量避免栽植虎杖、贝母等药用植物。In order to select medicinal materials suitable for planting under Cunninghamia lanceolata forest and establishascientific and reasonable combination model of forest and medicinal materials,six commonly used medicinal plants wereselected in this study:Rhizoma coptidis,Polygonatum sibiricum,Reynoutria japonica,Fritillaria spp.,Bletilla striata andRheum palmatum,and C.lanceolate.We studied the effects of the solution of medicinal material leaching on the release of C,N,P,K nutrients and decomposition of C.lanceolata litter by spraying on the litter for decomposition and culture.The results showed Reynoutria japonica and Fritillaria cuspidatum leaching solution could significantly inhibit the nutrient decomposition and soil enzyme activity of C.lanceolata litter.Reynoutria japonica and Fritillaria cuspidatumleachingsolution significantly extended the decomposition cycle of C.lanceolata litter by 34.60%and 24.29%,respectively.Therelease of K from C.lanceolata litter was inhibited significantly by 18.93%,and the activities of polyphenol oxidase andCMCase were inhibited significantly.Fritillaria spp.had a significant inhibitory effect on the release of C and PinC.lanceolata litter,and their release amounts decreased by 12.79%and 207.59%,respectively,and also on the activityof polyphenol oxidase in soil.Therefore,it is recommended to avoid planting Reynoutria japonica,Fritillaria and other medicinal plants under the C.lanceolata forest.
