摘　　要：近期国内外整体旅游业发展低迷,如何实现国际旅游竞争力的提升,是我国旅游发展急需解决的问题。打破传统因果关系研究,基于2021年旅游和旅行发展指数框架,从组态视角对国家旅游竞争力的影响条件和实现路径进行分析。研究发现:基设施施是提升国际旅游竞争力的必要条件。赋能环境和需求驱动力是影响国际旅游竞争力的重要核心条件。国际旅游竞争力可以通过基础设施与可持续性双核驱动,赋能环境与需求驱动力并行,多因素组合驱动三条路径提高。In recent times,both domestic and international tourism industries have been experiencing a sluggish growth,and enhancing international tourism competitiveness has become an urgent issue for tourism development in China.This study aims to analyze the impact factors and pathways to achieve national tourism competitiveness,based on the framework of the 2021 Tourism and Travel Development Index(TTDI)and adopting a configurational perspective.By breaking away from traditional causal relationships,the research findings are as follows:Infrastructure is a necessary condition for improving international tourism competitiveness.Enabling environment and demand drivers are important core conditions that influence international competitiveness.International tourism competitiveness can be improved through a combination of infrastructure and sustainability as dual drivers,and enabling environment and demand drivers as parallel drivers,along with the integration of multiple factors.This study provides feasible directions for enhancing China’s international tourism competitiveness.
