摘　　要：合理使用金属切削液是提高金属加工质量和降低加工成本的重要方式。文章就金属切削液的分类、使用原则、监测项目进行了系统论述。重点阐述了金属切削液的监测要求和维护方法,总结了金属切削液常见问题的成因及处理方法。在日趋严格的环保法规和机械加工行业降本增效的压力下,合理选择和使用金属切削液必会受到更为广泛的关注。Rational use of metal cutting fluids is an important way to improvemetal machining quality and reduce machining costs.The paper systematically discusses the classification,usage principles and monitoring items of metal cutting fluids.It focuses on the monitoring requirements and maintenance methods of metal cutting fluids,and finally summarizes the causes and treatment methods of common problems with metal cutting fluids.Thus,under the pressure of increasingly stringent environmental regulations and cost decreasing and benefit increasing in the machining industry,rational selection and use of metal cutting fluids will inevitably receive widespread attention.
