摘 要:随着“双碳”目标的确立,燃料油消耗受到限制的同时,矿物型润滑油基础油,由于难降解,环境不友好,也受到冲击。油酸主要来源于天然植物,用作合成润滑油和添加剂原料,其产品易水解和生物降解,是一种环境友好产品。油酸组成复杂,用作合成润滑油的原料,需要对油酸组成进行控制,文章将工业油酸中C10~C22十种酸进行有效分离,采用面积归一法对各个组分进行定量,用于控制油酸质量。该方法简单快捷,易于推广。With the establishment of the"dual carbon"targets and at the same that the fuel oil consumption has been restricted,mineral type lubricating base oils have also been impacted because they are difficult to degrade and are not environmentally friendly.Oleic acids are mainly derived from natural plants and are used as feedstocks for synthetic lubricants and additives.Their products are easy to hydrolyze and biodegrade,making them an environmentally friendly option.The composition of oleic acids is complex.When used as a feedstock for synthetic lubricating oil,the composition of oleic acids needs to be controlled.In the paper,the capilary gas chromatography is used to effectively separate ten types of Cio~C22 acids in industrial oleic acids and the area normalization method is used to quantify each component to control the quality of oleic acids,which is simple,fast and easy to popularize.
