摘　　要：自由裁量权广泛存在于档案开放审核中。本文通过分析档案开放审核自由裁量权的法定授权与实践体现,参考行政领域自由裁量权控制路径,设计档案开放审核自由裁量权的四种控制模式。档案内容的复杂性与档案开放审核自由裁量的普遍性,决定了单一控制模式很难实现自由裁量权控制目标,必须构建复合控制机制,因地制宜地对档案开放审核中的自由裁量权进行有效控制。Discretion exists broadly in archives open audit.By analyzing the statutory authorization and practical manifestation of the discretion of archives open audit,and referring to the control path of the discretion in the administrative field,four control methods of the discretion of archives open audit are designed.The complexity of archives content and the universality of discretion in archives open audit determine that a single control method is difficult to achieve the goal of discretion control,and a composite control mechanism must be adopted to effectively control the discretion in archives open audit according to local conditions.
