提升“政治经济学研究”专栏编排的专业基础与编辑技能——以《上海经济研究》“中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究”专栏编排为例

摘　　要：《关于推动学术期刊繁荣发展的意见》提出了“围绕重大主题打造重点专栏、组织专题专刊”的具体要求。建设有特色、有新意、高质量的专栏对发挥学术期刊的学术引领作用、提高期刊影响力和核心竞争力具有举足轻重的作用。进入中国特色社会主义新时代,中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究进入了蓬勃发展的新阶段,为了更深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究的系列讲话精神,巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位,为中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究提供学术传播和交流的平台,有必要开辟“中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究”专栏。本刊“中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究”专栏开办至今已逾6年,推出了一大批高水平学术论文,在学术界产生了广泛影响。如何持续办好“政治经济学研究”专栏?作为本刊的编辑,结合本刊专栏建设经验,认为应做好“一遵循、三坚持”,即以习近平总书记多次讲话精神为根本遵循,同时坚持正确政治方向、坚持问题导向、坚持守正创新,不断提升“政治经济学研究”专栏编排的专业基础与编辑技能。文章最后对“政治经济学研究”专栏建设进行了展望。"Opinions on Promoting the Prosperity and Development of Academic Journals"puts forward specific requirements for"creating key columns around major topics and organizing special journals".Building a distinctive,innovative and highquality column plays a pivotal role in giving full play to the academic leading role of academic journals and improving its influence and core competitiveness.Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the study of political economy with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of vigorous development.In order to further study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches on the study of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field,and to provide a platform for academic communication and exchange for the study of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to open a column of"Research on Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics".The column"Research on Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics"of this journal has been in operation for more than 6 years,and a large number of high-level academic papers have been launched,which has had a wide impact in the academic community.How to continuously run the"Political Economics Research"column well?As the editor of this journal,I believe that editors of the column should maintain"one follow and three insistence",that is,take the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's many speeches as the fundamental follow,and at the same time adhere to the correct political direction,problem orientation,righteousness and innovation,continuously improving the professional foundation and editorial skills.At the end of the article,the construction direction of the"Political Economy Research"column is prospected.
