摘　　要：载重平衡工作离不开代理人的参与,在航空公司操作标准差异化的大背景下,代理人工作难度不断加大,与之相关的操作风险也必然上升,加上载重平衡代理人不是局方直接监管的对象,也没有具体的监管规范,这都为局方和载重平衡代理人带来工作困境。制定行业统一的载重平衡代理人工作标准是解决这些问题的可行路径。The work of Weight and Balance is inseparable from the participation of agents.Under the background of the differentiation of airline operation standards,the work of agents is becoming more and more difficult,and the related operational risks are bound to rise.In addition,the Weight and Balance Agent is not the object of the CAAC's direct supervision,and there are no specific regulatory norms,which brings work difficulties to the CAAC and the Weight and Balance Agents.The feasible way to solve these problems is to formulate a unified working standard for Weight and Balance Agents.
