摘  要:为适应高质量发展和节能减排的要求,企业越来越注重仓库管理精细化和精准化,进一步提出了对仓库中的叉车作业设备及人员的精细化管理需求,从而为货物在库流转提供更优化的路线方案规划。目前市场上常用的方法是在仓库内安装UWB定位读取设备,通过读取UWB定位标签来解决室内设备和人员的定位。但这种技术方案不仅成本高,而且施工复杂。通过大量的调查研究和试验,本文研究提出应用RFID技术的仓库设备定位解决方案。采取软件和硬件相结合,在满足仓库叉车设备定位需求的同时,整体建设方案的费用仅是市场UWB设备定位方案十分之一,有效实现了降本增效碳减排效果,同时,该方案具有施工简单,有非常强的应用推广价值。In order to meet the requirements of high-quality development and energy conservation and emission reduction,enterprises are increasingly focusing on the refinement and precision of warehouse management.They have further proposed the demand for refined management of forklift operation equipment and personnel in warehouses,thereby providing more optimized route planning for the flow of goods in the warehouse.The commonly used method in the current market is to install UWB positioning reading devices in the warehouse,and solve the positioning of indoor equipment and personnel by reading UWB positioning labels.But this technical solution is not only expensive,but also complex in construction.Through extensive investigation and experimentation,this article proposes a warehouse equipment positioning solution using RFID technology.By combining software and hardware,while meeting the positioning needs of warehouse forklift equipment,the overall construction plan's cost is only one tenth of the market UWB equipment positioning plan,effectively achieving significant cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and emission reduction effects.At the same time,this plan has simple construction and strong application and promotion value.
