数字化转型背景下查处非法运输烟草专卖品活动非现场执法模式探讨

摘　　要：查处非法运输烟草专卖品活动,是打击涉烟违法犯罪、维护烟草市场良好经济秩序的重要举措,对保持国家经济持续健康发展有着重要意义。近年来,非现场执法逐渐成为一种新兴的执法模式。在数字化转型背景下,研究探讨将非现场执法模式具有的非现场性、非接触性、高效性等优势,通过数字驱动、技术赋能的模式,与查处非法运输烟草专卖品活动相融合,有利于推动烟草专卖执法精准化、智能化、规范化。Dealing with the illegal transportation of tobacco monopoly products is an important measure to crack down on tobacco related crimes and maintain the good economic order of the tobacco market,and is of great significance to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy.In recent years,off-site law enforcement has gradually become a new law enforcement mode.In the context of the digital transformation,it is beneficial to promote the precision,intelligence and standardization of tobacco monopoly law enforcement by researching and discussing the advantages of off-site law enforcement mode,such as off-site,non-contact,and efficiency,and integrating it with the illegal transportation of tobacco monopoly products through the mode of digital drive and technology empowerment.
