摘  要:大学生动手实践能力不足是我国企业面临招聘难、大学生遭遇就业难的一个重要原因,亟须调动企业参与大学生就业培训的积极性。根据外部性理论,本文重构企业参与大学生就业培训履行社会责任的模式,即政府通过实施税收减免、社会荣誉设立等政策,鼓励企业积极履行社会责任,参与大学生就业培训。企业则获得商誉与部分人才。该模式对于提升大学生就业质量、落实稳就业目标具有重要的现实意义。The lack of practical ability of college students is an important reason for the difficulties in recruitment and college students'employment.China urgently needs to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the employment training of college students.According to the theory of externalities,this paper constructs the mode of enterprises participating in the employment training of college students to fulfll their social responsibilities,that is,the government implements policies such as tax reduction and social honor establishment,and encourages enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities and participate in the employment training of college students,so that enterprises can gain goodwill and some talents.This mode has an important practical significance for improving the employment quality of college students and implementing the goal of stable employment.
