“思创融合”视域下高校创新创业教育的实践与思考——以某大学A学院为例

摘　　要：高校创新创业教育既是经济社会发展的要求,也是培养学生创新精神与创造能力的现实诉求。当前,高校创新创业教育在课堂教学、师资力量建设、实践平台搭建、支持保障等方面面临现实困境。通过分析“思创融合”的内涵与意义,并结合某大学A学院创新创业教育实践,本文从构建思创融合“大课堂”、搭建资源共享“大平台”、培育专兼结合“大师资”、建好支撑保障“大生态”四个方面,探讨了高校创新创业教育改革的有效路径,以期为高校创新创业教育人才培养变革创新提供借鉴。Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education(IEE)for almost all of universities is not only a requirement for economic and social development,but also a realistic demand to cultivate the spirit of innovation and the creative capacity of students in higher education.Nevertheless,many realistic dificulties hinder the development of IEE,in terms of classroom instruction,faculty construction,practice platform construction,and support guarantee.The valuable reform path of IEE is discussed from four aspects by analyzing the integration of ideological education with IEE,as well as the practice of IEE in the A School at some university:building a"large classroom"for the integration of ideological education with IEE,building a"big platform"for resource sharing,cultivating a"big stuff"for combination of full-time and part-time teachers,and building a"big ecology"for support guarantee.The efficient path provides significant reference for cultivating the students with strong innovation consciousness and the creative capacity.
