摘　　要：家庭经济困难是制约部分高校毕业生就业的因素之一,促进高校家庭经济困难毕业生就业,是稳就业保民生的重要内容。通过对陕西省不同类型高校的家庭经济困难毕业生开展就业调研,发现补贴覆盖面窄、求职成本较高,应用能力不足、求职途径单一,高校的体系不够健全、针对性待提高是家庭经济困难毕业生就业面临的主要瓶颈和问题。解决这一问题需要政府部门加大就业补贴力度,强化落地监督管理;高校强化就业帮扶认知,深化职业规划指导;用人单位积极参与,丰富帮扶形式;家庭经济困难毕业生加强自我认知定位,提高综合应用能力。四方共同发力,促进家庭经济困难毕业生充分就业。Family economic difficulties are the key factors restricting the employment of college graduates.Promoting the employment of college graduates with family economic diffculties is an important part of stabilizing employment and ensuring people's livelihood.Through the employment survey of graduates with financial difficulties in different types of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,it is found that the employment subsidy is single and the cost of job hunting is high.Lack of application ability,single way of job search;the system is not perfect,targeted to improve is the main bottleneck and problem faced by the employment of family economic difficulties graduates.To solve this problem,government departments need to increase employment subsidies and strengthen landing supervision and management;colleges and universities should strengthen the cognition of employment assistance and deepen the guidance of career planning;the employing units actively participate in and enrich the forms of assistance;college graduates with family economic difficulties should strengthen self-awareness positioning,improve comprehensive application ability.We should work together to promote the full employment of graduates from poorfamilies.
